2. Information processed during a visit
77soft.mk is a static informational website. You can browse without registering or creating an account. The website does not include Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising tracking scripts or remote AI chat services.
The hosting server records access and error logs to operate and secure the website. Depending on configuration, these may contain IP address, visit date and time, requested page, browser and device information, referring page and technical error information.
We also use AWStats, a server-side statistics tool, to analyse website access logs and produce statistical reports. Those reports may include page requests, referrals, browser information and network-related data. AWStats does not require an advertising or analytics tracking script in your browser. 3. Contact by email
The Contact page links to alek@77soft.mk and does not submit a web contact form. When you email us, we process your email address, your message and any information you choose to include to respond to your inquiry, provide support and manage related correspondence. Email delivery and storage involve the relevant mail infrastructure and its administrators.
Please do not send passwords, payment details, private messages or other unnecessary sensitive information. For questions about the retention of email correspondence, contact us at the address above.
4. Built-in help feature
The 77Soft Help assistant is a built-in rule-based FAQ, not a remote AI service. Questions you type are processed by the website's JavaScript in your browser; the feature does not send those questions to a 77Soft chat server or a third-party chat service, and does not save them to browser local storage. Messages remain visible in the page during your current visit.
5. Cookies and external websites
The website's own JavaScript does not intentionally set cookies, and the static site has no advertising or third-party analytics scripts. Server-level behavior is separate from the website code. AWStats server-side reporting is explained above.
If you follow links to external websites, including Thunderbird Add-ons, their own privacy practices apply.
6. Who may access information
Technical website records and email inquiries may be handled by personnel or providers responsible for hosting, system administration, security and email delivery where needed to operate these services. We do not sell visitors' personal information.
